Our professionally licensed, certified, insured and field trained technician will thoroughly inspect the appliance for the exact source of the issue. After the diagnostic, they will present to you an estimate in which you have a decision to go through with the repair through us. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the fee will be waived towards your repair. If parts are not needed, our technician can complete the repair during the same appointment. However, if parts are needed, expect at least 2-7 business days for us to receive the part. Once the part is delivered to us, we will contact you for a completion appointment. We prioritize completions and typically strive to book an appointment within 2 days of receiving the part.
