We have called this company for repair of our dryer and our ice machine. We have been pleased with the repairs and fair prices. The tech arrives when they say he will arrive and they are up front about the issue and the cost repair. Like many others services, I have found the work ethic of the tech to be higher. We’ve had tech working late to finish a job or even start a job at 5:45pm. Most places will not offer this or even consider starting a job in the evening. We recommend them to our friends and neighbors regularly.
They helped fix our refrigerator and did a good job. We had 30 days warranty on the fix which is nice. We saw some buildup days later and they check up on it. He cleared out the pipes and took care of us.
I was very pleased with the service and technician. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He offered reasonable price. He took before and after photos, that showed why the refrigerator was having issues. Refrigerator is running smoothly now.
Ivan is a great tech. He came same day as my call and finished a major repair same day.
Ivan provided excellent service and insights to our clothes washer’s problem. We were already prepared to spend 800$ for a new one when he came and quickly diagnosed that it was just a faulty sensor. 45 minutes later and we had our clothes washer back!
